Media Arts Panel at Cali’s EIECC 2021

To celebrate the International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development that U.N General Assembly declared for 2021, the International Meeting of Creative and Cultural Economy (EIECC) was held in the Creative City of Cali from November 29, till December 2. The event reflected on the economic dimension of culture as one of the crucial pillars for sustainable development and presented the creative economy strategy that has been built in Cali.

The Meeting hosted a panel discussion moderated by María Elisa Holguín (Cali) where our colleagues Laura Odegaard (Austin), Alejandro Pegueros (Guadalajara), Joana Miranda (Braga), and Xiomara Suescún (Cali) discussed the impact of being a UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts.
