Namur presents its creative ecosystem in a video
Namur, UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts since 2021, has released a three-minute video introducing the partners of its creative ecosystem: cultural, academic, economic and institutional actors who connect creation, research, education and innovation. Produced by the City’s International Relations Office, Namur’s focal point for the Network, the video is filmed in French and subtitled in French and English.
From university research to festivals, from video games to music computing, from business support to smart city thinking, the film features the KIKK Festival, the Pavillon, TRAKK, the University of Namur, the Haute École Albert Jacquard, the Institut Royal Supérieur de Musique et de Pédagogie (IMEP), the Namur International Francophone Film Festival (FIFF), Namur en Mai, Grand Manège – Namur Concert Hall, Le Delta, Prisme (Théâtre de Namur and Centre culturel de Namur), and the NID (Namur Intelligente et Durable).
“A human-scale city open to the world, Namur makes creativity a driver of innovation and encounters. I invite you to discover this unique ecosystem that is the beating heart of our city,” says Charlotte Bazelaire, Acting Mayor of Namur.
The video comes with a redesigned bilingual website, rvcunamur.be, which serves as a showcase for Namur’s partners and a tool to foster collaboration within the Network. It includes a directory of local creative actors that will continue to grow.
Feel free to share the video with your own networks.
