Two New Years. Two calendars. Two alphabets. Two concepts.

Doček in Novi Sad connects two time measurements, as well as visual art and music, raising the capacities of the local art scene while celebrating the uniqueness of the European Capital of Culture 2022’s diversity.

The blend of visual art and music, as universal languages that we all understand, distinguishes Doček, and therefore Novi Sad, as a city that will provide Novi Sad residents and guests of the city, with unique audio and visual experience, both on 31 December and 13 January.

Visual artists take care of the visual identities and stage effects, providing a new experience of enjoying performances by local, regional, and world stars across a wide range of genres.

During the previous 6 years, Doček was held at almost 100 locations in Novi Sad: Petrovaradin Fortress, Synagogue, Suburbium, District, Reformed Christian Church, Name of Mary Church, City Concert Hall, Serbian National Theatre, Studio M, etc.

In 2021 in Dresden, Doček was proclaimed as the Best European Trend Brand in the field of culture.
